1. Must be a very cute picture and must be RARE
2.The size must be 200x600px
3.You can go to any sites and copy the picture BUT remember that it must be RARE.
4.No cheating. like Pm'ing other players to vote for them. Oh yes, and even though the votes is many but the picture ish BAD then I won't Pick that picture.
5.you can also copy a picture to the other site and crop them or whatever you like as long as it is 200x600 pixels >.<
